Shipping from £2.99. Final shipping total will be calculated at checkout.
Europe & ROW shipping policy
We are not able to ship to other countries outside the UK at this time.
Can I return my purchased item?
You can return any purchased items as long as you:
- Return it within 7 days of your purchase
- The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must also be in the original packaging
Any item that does not tick all of these qualifications is not eligible for a refund... sorry!
I've sent it back.. what now?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved eligible for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Help! I haven't received my refund yet!
If you haven't received a refund yet
- first check your bank account again (just in case it's hiding!)
- Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Can I exchange?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Oh K! c/o Natural Products Ltd, 3 Warple Way, London, GB W3 0RX.
Unfortunately we can not cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
